It stands approximately 4" to the top of the finial.  it measures 7 3/4" from spout to handle

Good Condition.  No chips, breaks or cracks.  Some slight flakes to foot rim. Somewhat dirty in the relief- I did not try to clean it as to damage it.    Marked on the bottom
