1950s Redmon Picnic Basket Metal Handles Wood Frame USA 20"x~11" And Plates!

Gorgeous Ohio barn find!! 1950s striped picnic basket with metal handles and a wooden frame. USA made by Redmon in Peru, Indiana. The tartan pattern is a beautiful red, cream, and black stripes. Also included are four plastic plates with dividers in a vibrant yellow and green color!!

20 inches wide by 10 7/8 inches tall.

**The frame itself is in EXCELLENT condition, with no holes, rips, snags, etc. in the woven part. The attached base to the inside has signs of water damage, but could very easily be covered or replaced. In no way does it impede the intended use of the basket. I gave the basket a light washing, and it is incredibly sturdy TONS of life left**

Condition: Great Used Condition- Minor signs of wear, but is overall very sturdy. There is some rust spots to the metal handles and border, but I think it just adds to the charm. Was in a barn for the last 30+ years, so there is a bit of a garage/barn smell, but with a little cleaning, love and sunshine, this could be an absolute
