Newspaper Basket and Foundry Stand ~ Vintage Longaberger {2004}

This wonderful basket set was lovingly used until put into smoke-free storage. It shows its age, with a few scratches and marks from rubbing against the foundry shelf, but other than a few blemishes (there is a small stain on the bottom of one corner-pictured) it is in wonderful shape. There are no broken splints ~ it is an amazingly sturdy basket.. And none of the mentioned blemishes are noticeable when in the stand. The leather handles are in good shape. Other than signs of usage, the protector is in perfect shape - nothing broken. The basket measures about 16”L x 11.5”W x 12.5” BH x 10.5” FH. The foundry shelf is in good shape ~ no chips or loss of color. It stands about 18”H and 18”W. Front to back is about 13”.
Please keep in mind that when buying Vintage items, you are purchasing something that is pre-loved. Most Vintage items show signs of wear, but that is also what makes them unique - especially wood items, as wood ages as uniquely as we do ;>}o
