It is in very good condition as painting and frame by itself.
It is visible few cracks in oil due to the age of the painting. ( Age eta 40-50 years)
True vintage found at real estate. It was real estate of the family that came from Baltic Sea cost.
They came to US in 50’.
Large stones are used – clearly visible on few pictures with ruler tape over.
