You will receive all 25 skeins. It’s enough to make from lg to 2xl. I was making a 1 xl if that helps so there is a lot of yarn. If you don’t know about Brooklyn Tweed your missing out on this high end yarn. It’s is a bit rustic but softens as you wear it. I didn’t get around to making the Swoncho. It’s called that because it’s a poncho with drop sleeves in the design
