Antique custom handmade by Michael Anthony Italy, solid 14 K yellow gold 3D puffy heart with 14 k white gold diamond illusion cut arrow with a natural diamond that can be set or used for something else charm/pendant/collectible .02-.03 carats Color G-H Clarity SI2 1.4 grams (some scales for weighing Gold may vary between .01-.05 grams). Has been sterilized and refinished to newer condition. I was meant to set the diamond and never got a chance to so I’m selling as is, even though it looks like diamonds, but it’s an illusion diamond cut. Please view all photos for best description.
