Condition ~ good for the most part but I want to mention the flaws that I see. There’s a spot that’s darker than the rest of the shirt (pointed with a green marker) it’s hardly noticeable but can be seen in certain light.
There’s areas where it’s worn so there’s like little cotton balls that pop out (not sure what they are called but see close up in last picture)
Other than that the t shirt is great!

The brand is little beaver and is labeled as large ~ it’s for men or women ~
Women : fitted large or loose fitting medium or small
Men : size medium but fits as a fitted small

I’ve had this shirt for a decade and I don’t mind keeping it longer if the price isn’t right. These shirts can go for up to $300.
