vintage seersucker dress & coat set

This great looking light weight dress coat set is byJulius Garfinkel and Co. from the 1960's. No fabric content tag but is is seersucker and probably cotton. The short sleeve dress has a back metal zipper. Side pockets and removable matching belt. The 3/4 sleeve coat has side pockets with faux flap pockets over them. Button closure. The coat as an addition label that says custom casuals . The size tag says 12. The dress measures 37 1/2" long. 15 1/2" across the back of the shoulders. Laying flat seam to seam it's 19" across under the arms, 18" at the waist, 20" at the hips. The coat is 38 1/2" long. 15 1/4" across the back of the shoulders. 21" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 20" across under the arms, 19" at the waist, 21" at the hips. The only condition issues I can find it the lining of the dress near the hem has a yellow/brown stain. Not on the seersucker. There are some loose threads on the dress hem. A few of the coat buttons show tarnish/light rust on the metal.
