1950s Silk Brocade Chinese Lounge Set Sz M

Perfect vintage condition and professionally cared for. Beautiful turquoise and black, silk brocade jacket and coordinating black Capri length pants. This is considered a lounge outfit (sometimes you will find similar items described as pajamas but I cannot see how sleeping in a jacket is comfortable.) The jacket and trim on the pants have the frog toggle closure. The pants have side closure and an elasticized back to accommodate variants in waist measurements. The “size” tag is “38” but I can say this would be better on a shorter person (otherwise the pant hem and sleeve hem will ride too high, see measurement photos). The jacket will accommodate a larger bust however. Though there is no care tag, I’m positive dry cleaning will be required to maintain its beautiful colors and fresh crisp fabric texture.
