Vintage Black Velvet hooded Cloak Cape Coat Floor Length Hooded Opera excellent condition except for 2 small holes in the ruffle of the hood, it is not very noticeable when worn but I think could be repaired if necessary. The overall beauty of this cape is just everything!! The ruffle on the hood, the luxurious material, the covered buttons(they feel a little loose, but look sturdy) , super long length, lined, no bust measurement bc it only has front arm slits. I measured shoulders, for reference I am 5'10 size 12 and it works but I think it probably fits a little too snug , clearly any size smaller could wear.
